This books has given me a headache for 2 months as I was trying, together with my wonderful team of employees, to create a vision statement that would create genuine followers. Hundreds of note book pages later, we’ve come to a vision statement that everybody agrees with. Through this process and the heightened awareness of my employees of why we are doing things the way we are doing things, we had the two best business months ever.
